What is Veganism?

Veganism is not simply a definition of a diet, but a way of living. “The word ‘veganism’ denotes a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude — as far as is possible and practicable — all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.” – Vegan Society of the UK definition of veganism.

My Story

Plant-based Diet & Lifestyle Consultant.

Raw Vegan Recipe Creator. Author.

I aim to inspire you to transform from a processed to a plant-based lifestyle for self-healing, optimal-living and weightloss with my whole-food plant-based (raw vegan) recipes, tips and workshops. My original recipes consist of easy & gourmet raw, *sometimes cooked, but always vegan with fresh ingredients, and can be found in my eBooks available on my website.

I have lost 15kg (and counting) on a raw vegan plant-based diet and hydrated my body on a cellular-level – slowing down the aging process, looking years younger. I have also cured my PMS symptoms as well as IBS with a whole-food raw vegan plant-based diet.
