What Is A Gallbladder And What Is Its Function?
Situated in the upper abdomen, just below the liver, the gallbladder is small and pear-shaped, and it forms part of the biliary system (consisting of the liver, gall bladder and bile ducts).
The gall bladder stores bile – a fluid, which is made by the liver, to assist in the digestion of fat. The gallbladder releases bile into the small intestine through the bile duct “tube”, connecting the liver and gallbladder to the small intestine.
What Are Gallstones And What Causes Them?
Gallstones, also known as gall gravel, are brown pebble-shaped crystals formed in the gallbladder, as well as kidneys. When released, they are light to dark green – depending on the method of cleansing.
While many government “medical” sites will tell you that the cause of gallstones is unknown, many health practitioners know that gallstones are formed when the body is unable to eliminate inorganic calcium deposits which is formed from eating processed foods (sugars and starch – flour, bread, pasta etc). as well as due to the bile containing too much bilirubin and cholesterol.
How To Know If You Have Gallstones
Often times gallstones symptoms don’t show until the gallbladder is
congested and cannot function properly.
The following symptoms will then occur:
- Unbearable pain in your abdominal area
- Skin & eyes turning yellow in colour
- Cold sweats with a very high fever
Here is what may be happen, if left untreated:
- Gallbladder blocked by stone, could cause inflammation (cholecystitis)
- Stone stuck in biliary system, could cause jaundice (hence the yellow skin / eyes)
- Pancreatic duct blocked by stone, could cause pancreatitis
Any duct, organ or system that becomes blocked, clogged or congested in any way, causes inflammation – the inflammation will cause mucus – which will cause further congestion. This poses a risk of infection and ultimately cancer.
3 Ways To Remove Gallstones
If you Google “How to Remove Gallstones Naturally”, you may be presented
with an endless list of natural remedies. Some work immediately, while others
take longer. Some work for most people, while a lot of the advice doesn’t work
Here are the 3 remedies that can be done at home (results known to show within 7 days)
– Fresh juice of 1 whole lemon in a glass of warm water (up to 5 times a day)
– 500ml Freshly juiced carrot, beetroot & cucumber (3-4 times a day)
2. Andreas Moritz Remedy
This protocol consists of drinking apple juice and doing an Epsom salts, olive oil & grapefruit flush.
A herbal tincture can be used as well (speak to a homeopath)
The herbs used will include: hydrangea root, marshmallow root and gravel root
These natural remedies may seem like easy work, but don’t be fooled; you will experience severe symptoms while releasing, dissolving and softening the stones. Many people complain about headaches, nausea, deep stomach pain, diarrhoea and vomiting, among others.
After Releasing Gallstones
It is believed that once we get rid of the problem, we can continue living
life as we did, but unfortunately this is not the case. I suggest doing a
complete lifestyle overhaul; eliminating the cause of the original problem entirely.
A diet high in natural, minimally processed foods is key!
